Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Project Managers to join our roofing and home exteriors team. A successful candidate will manage company-generated leads, follow up with potential customers, and generally oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Potential for high earnings with a base income plus commission.

Lead Management:
  - Promptly follow up on company-generated leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  - Schedule and conduct home inspections with potential customers to assess their roofing and home exterior needs. (training provided)

Sales Process:
  - Develop and present tailored proposals to customers, clearly outlining the scope of work, materials, project timeline, and cost estimates.
  - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  - Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

Project Oversight:
  - Coordinate with Production Team to ensure seamless execution of contracted work.
  - Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the proposed schedule and quality standards.
  - Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Customer Service:
  - Maintain relationships with customers. 
  - Provide exceptional post-project support and address any follow-up service needs.
  - Obtain client feedback and testimonials to help improve service offerings.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to read and understand project plans and documentation.
- Sales experience NOT required.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and home exterior systems NOT required.

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
- Benefits package including retirement plan.
- Paid time off and paid holidays.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
